Some rooms may feel cramped, particularly if you're traveling with larger luggage! Occasional noise disturbances from adjacent rooms can disrupt your peaceful rest!

the breakfast options are delicious and rich with unbelievably good value and cookies. the location is great and incredible, an underground station is close to the venue. quiet atmosphere, we would definitely come back.

We could easily reach the blue mosque, set within 20 minutes' walk. Good selection for breakfast...

a great find in terms of location, services, atmosphere. Definitely we would return!

not really related directly to the hotel itself - however, mind the noise of hammer drills coming from the nearby construction site of Marmara project even in the middle of the night :(

The air conditioning is a mess!!! Expect alternating freezing air and mere fan for comfort!!! The old furniture needs an urgent update!!! The parking situation is frustrating for those with cars!!!

I dont lightly use the "excellent" category. But from the moment we arrived to the moment we left they went the extra mile. After an overnight flight we arrived at around 1000 and they arranged the immediate availability of a room. And, when we left, they presented us with a packet of Turkish coffee. And they were very friendly and helpful during the four days in between!

The service staff are very helpful and polite. Location of the hotel is also excellent as it is within walking distance to the major attractions. I recommend this hotel to all travellers looking for a fuss-free stay in Istanbul!

Room is small but it doesn't bother us that much since we are out of the room most of the time anyway.

Excellent hotel staff, very friendly and helpful, whatever you need -planing your day as a perfect sight seeing tour - restaurant tip -airport transfer - cab - sight seeing guide ..........

- for me it is a five star hotel. I have no comments.
